Themissions in Pephka seem to be very popular, as there's a great bit of comedy with them. I suggest you try out most of them there, as most of them are unique other than this one fetch quest where you have to get armour from a fort. Euboea has a good side story questline as well. You can find the mission giver for it right by the docks.

Theonly ones that have any effect are helping Wrex get his armor, Garrus with Dr. Saleon, getting the geth data for Tali, the rouge VI on Luna, and Bring Down the Sky. InOrigins, you can boost your character level to 45. Makes doing all the side quests redundant, and you can just go through the main quests like a breeze. This is the way. Doing them easiest to hardest based on level seems to provide the most correct order. Other ways might give you a quest a bit of of whack.
