mundster. Sep 28, 2010 #4. This old kit was a labour of love. I got it in pretty bad shape. The tail didn't fit all that well, and the front bottom (under) canopy was missing. It showed its age (I learned, from the box art, that this was the original release of the kit.) I ended up replacing the missing canopy with thin white plastic card.Buy Matchbox German WW II Dornier Do 17 Z-2-Plastic Model Kit: Figure Kits - Amazon.com FREE DELIVERY possible on eligible purchases Amazon.com: Matchbox German WW II Dornier Do 17 Z-2-Plastic Model Kit : Arts, Crafts & Sewing Facts Brand: RS Models Title: Dornier Do-17E German medium bomber Number: 92071 Scale: 1:72 Type: Full kit Released: 2014 New parts Barcode: 8594183910710 (EAN) Topic: Dornier Do 17 » Propeller (Aircraft) Markings Dornier Do 17 Dornier Do 17E Legion Condor (Condor Legion 1936-1939) 1.B/88 27*9 1938 Spanish Civil War RLM61 RLM62 RLM63 RLM65 Marek Ryś. 2021. I really liked the kit and the fit problems were my own. I always have trouble fitting clear parts to opaque and the ventral gun section moved on me.The Kit This has been a plane that I've wanted in 1/48 for quite some time now. While the MPM vacuform was a good start, there was a lot of work involved in making it into an accurate Do-217. Monogram has come to the rescue, though, with this beautiful model of the Do-217E-5. viGir.
